How to Book an Appointment

1. Pick the kind of session you need
Choose from: Initial assessment (50 minutes), Ongoing counselling (50 minutes), or any of the therapy sessions I offer.

2. Fill in the booking form
Fill out this form. Tell us your name, contact details, which service you want, and any preferred dates or times. You can add a short note about why you are booking, if you wish. All information is confidential.

3. Confirm your booking & pay
Once your appointment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email along with payment instructions.

All appointments must be paid for at least 48 hours before the session.

Unpaid appointments may be released and offered to other clients.

5. Receive your confirmation email
You will receive an email with your session details, the address or secure video link, and any forms you need to complete beforehand.

6. Prepare for your session
If your appointment is online, please find a quiet, private space. If meeting in person, arrive around 10 minutes early so you can settle in.
