About Me

My name is Dan, and I am an integrative and humanistic counsellor. This means I work with you, at your pace, and focus on what matters most in your life. Therapy is a team effort, and I make sure you feel genuinely heard.

I am also a Level 4 tennis coach, which gives me a strong background in performance, motivation, and mindset. I combine this experience with counselling to help people grow both emotionally and personally.

My Ethos

Life will challenge you. It will push, test, and sometimes overwhelm you. But I believe that every person has an inner strength they can return to — even when they feel lost, stuck, or unsure of who they are anymore.

My work is built on the idea that growth doesn’t come from avoiding the difficult parts of life, but from meeting them with honesty, compassion, and courage. It’s not about being perfect, being fearless, or “pushing through.” It’s about learning how to stand back up each time life knocks you down, not by force, but with understanding and self-belief.

I’m here to walk alongside you while you explore your story, your struggles, and your strengths. We work at your pace, in your way — giving you the space to talk openly, reflect deeply, and rebuild the parts of yourself that deserve attention.

Whether it’s anxiety, trauma, loss, low confidence, relationship difficulties, or feeling disconnected from your own motivation, my role is to help you reconnect with the part of you that knows you can move forward.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be strong all the time. You just have to be willing to take the next step and I’ll support you through every one of them.
